After 2008's visit to the Olympic Park, the FPA have organised a follow-up tour with Simon Wright, the ODA’s Director of Infrastructure. Throughout the tour, Mr Wright will update journalists on construction progress and answer any questions.

The bus tour will visit the big venues of the Olympic Park site. Media will be given a map of the site and background details on the main areas.

Halfway along the tour, journalists will be able to get off the bus and go to a viewing platform which offers panoramic views across the Olympic Park site.

VERY IMPORTANT POINTS:

1) The tour is on-record

2) For safety reasons filming and photography will not be possible while the bus is moving. However there will be opportunities to film or photograph when journalists go on to the viewing platform.

3) ALL ATTENDEES MUST BRING A FORM OF ID, FOR EXAMPLE A PASSPORT OR DRIVING LICENCE

Places are limited and shall be drawn via ballot. Please give names and contact numbers of any camera crew.
